2. Eat three meals a day. Or six little ones. Or however it works. Food is fuel--you can't recharge your body without having the necessary nutrients and calories. Eating balanced meals is also important--it may be tempting to ditch the veggies since your parents aren't there anymore, but they're still important.
4. Listen to the world around you. I've recently stopped wearing headphones when I'm outside, and it's been enlightening. Snippets of conversation you hear in the amount of languages possible are amusing, and just the birds in the air and every day noises pull my focus from inward worries out into what's going on around me.
5. Stretch. Your body needs to be rejuvenated just like your mind does. Though exercising is also a way for your body to make more energy, stretching allows muscles to relax, and therefore also relaxes and de-stresses you. Check out pilates or basic ballet stretches for a relaxing accompaniment to your workout or daily life.
